Your opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join our Group Planning team on a permanent fulltime basis. In this role, you ll play a key partner role to the Senior Manager in delivering property valuations and funds management support across our Westfield Living Centre portfolio, connecting with our plan to be a first choice for investors. Key accountabilities include Strategic Deliver property valuations for 42 Westfield Living Centres Support funds management process for the property linked notes portfolio Participate in delivery of SCG and Finance scorecard Commercial operational focus Manage all valuation models and Sharepoint site, including inputs, SOT's, OG, MAT and portfolio consolidations Manage the process for property linked note portfolio including quarterly coupons, reporting, commercial engagement Market insights, through quarterly operational pack Modelling proficiency across all areas Valuations, Funds Management, Insight Analysis Innovation Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by maintaining a constant curiosity Partner Engage stakeholders internal external by understanding their needs and deal with issues in a professional manner Manage and negotiate priorities with stakeholders, working on the principle of 'we succeed together' What will set you apart from the rest Bachelor degree in Business or other relevant field, with professional certifications in Accounting CA CPA . Finance SIA and or valuations API RICS , with a minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant positions. Experience in property valuations or funds management or applied disciplines preferable. Critical to this role is the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, communicate at all levels including senior executive and have sound judgement. This role requires the ability to critically analyse, using existing advanced modelling skills gained in professional software systems such as TM1, Cognos, Forbury or similar and MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint to deliver high quality reports and documents.
