We re on the lookout for an energetic National Business Development Manager to be the driving force behind the Sales and Business development and execution of our continuing to build our relationships and portfolio of customers. Reporting directly to the founder, this is a growth opportunity for the right person with flexible, work from home options . From coffee creamers, Keto bars, beauty powders to gelatin gummies, we're changing the way people live their lives for the better with products that challenge the status quo in the health and nutrition space. What you ll be doing Working closely with our founder to develop and execute an annual Business Development planLiaise with key accounts and distributors to increase salesPlan and execute campaigns to increase sales through our national distribution channelReport on performance and be accountable for keeping the ball rolling across channelsAccount management responsibilities including maximizing sales and distribution, managing trade promotional spend, associated claims and activity within specified guidelines sales forecasting.Identify and actively pursue ranging, sales, market share and or profit improvement possibilities within the current distribution channelInfluence the effective presentation of Locako product ranges in-store via involvement in planogram development and recommendations, and following up on store rangingDeliver against budgeted sales volume targetsEnhance customer relationships and company imageDeliver sales results in line with financial targets as well as delivering against key target metrics such as distribution, share of shelf, in store availability, position on shelf, promotional impactChampion the management and delivery of the range review processDevelop and execute clear and actionable channel plansWork together and have an involvement in all NPD plans by forecasting sales and budgetsContribute to the strategic decision-making processes of NPDCreate a sales structure and ensure effective processes are implemented About you 3-5 year's experience in an FMCG environmentPeople management experience within a product based company preferredStrong negotiating ability, and people management skills with a focus on brand growthComputer skills are a mustExtremely organised, forward focused.Passionate about healthy lifestyles with experience in the health industry a bonusExcellent leadership and project management skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working autonomously and collaborativelyAn organised self-starter with initiative who gets stuff doneAttention to detail and excellent follow up skillsA passion for data to optimise our sales effortsCommercially minded with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions Want to challenge yourself at a high-growth startup Send us your cover letter, resume and anything showcasing why we need you to hello link removed or apply through seekWorking at home will be considered for the right personMust be available to travel nationallyPackage will include Salary, Commission, Travel, Computer and Phone.Applications Close 30th March 2021 The application form will include these questions Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia How many years #x27 experience do you have as a business development manager Are you available to travel for this role when required Do you have experience in a role which requires relationship management experience Report this job advert
