Description:Responsibilities1. Responsible for daily contract management. This will include; - Support sales team and legal counsel with the drafting, evaluating, negotiating and executing contracts;- Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters;- Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation;- Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally;- Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate;- Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders;2. Provide administrative support for Sales Leadership team;3. Assist Sales Leadership team with team effectiveness and program execution;4. Raise sales efficiency, sales productivity and process compliance via internal CRM and implementing best practice sales & operational processes;5. Internal communications, meeting room scheduling, travel planning, budget and expense reconciliation, sales event planning;6. Organise, prioritise and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action items being addressed in a timely manner;7. Ensuring compliance with cross-functional team (AR, Tax & Legal) and smooth execution of each project, and keep tracking SLA(timeline);8. Planning and supervising billing and collection operations;9. Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of billing information;10. Build weekly/monthly reports for company-wide visibility;11. Experience working with sales operations function/similar function in other companies.Qualifications1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales or Team Administrator;2. Bachelors degree or equivalent tertiary qualification as a minimum;3. Experience managing Contracts process;4. Detail oriented, with exceptional organisational skills;5. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specialised in data analysis and reporting;6. Ability to adapt to different time zones;7. Experience researching and manipulating complex and large data sets;8. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple projects;9. Comfortable in a fast-moving, relatively unstructured startup environment;10. Excellent ability to analyse and solve problems;11. Experience working with sales operations function/similar function in previous roles.
