So, what are we looking for Our Roadside Customer Service Consultants play a critical role as being the first point of contact in providing our customers with reassurance, empathy, and a friendly passionate voice to assist with any roadside requirements our customers may need. We currently have an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic skilled customer service representative to join our fast-growing team. The person will have the drive and ambition to actively learn and grow in providing the best service to our customers. Key responsibilities include Providing a high level of service to our customers via phone, email, website, or social media in a timely and professional manner. Understanding and building a relationship with our customers clients ensuring each customer is approached accordingly with passion and empathy of wanting to assist. Hearing our customers concerns, while maximising customer satisfaction with the ability to solve problems and provide a solution. Working in a team environment to ensure customers needs are meet according to our policies and procedures. Monitoring Technician rosters and their daily schedules. Managing customer issues over the phone, troubleshooting, or booking Technicians to assist customers with their roadside needs or warranty claims. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Ensuring commitment and compliance to WH S and company policies procedures. Building meaningful relationships to ensure returning customers. About you Excellent customer service skills, problem solving and phone manner. Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently. Able to demonstrate empathy, passion, and the willingness to assist. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relay information helpfully. Great team player with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Work autonomously and part of a team. Any previous experience in a call center or customer service position will be highly regarded, however the successful candidate will receive ongoing support and training.
