Our fast-growing Adelaide Hills based business is seeking an experienced and energetic Rostering Administration Officer based at our Mt Barker office for an ASAP Start. About the role The rostering officer provides an essential service within our business, rostering events move quickly, as such the rostering officer needs to be adaptable, flexible and able to operate with independence. In both notifying staff of shift cancellations and rapidly filling shifts where there is a vacancy. The rostering officer also regularly communicates with participants. In addition to rostering, there is also an administration component, whereby general administration support is provided to the executive team. Such tasks may include assembling care folders, induction material, minute taking, auditing files and general filing. The right applicant will Have a genuine passion for working in this industry. Understand the value of professional conduct. Demonstrate a detailed understanding of providing both internal and external customer service. Have sound time management skills, evidenced through an ability to prioritise and deliver within set timeframes. Essential attributes Rostering experience no less than one year Level of professionalism and maturity Excellent communication and reporting skills Proven ability to effectively manage tasks Proven customer service and administration skills NDIS Worker Screening Check We can assist in obtaining one Clean driving record Applicants from an NDIS employment background will be viewed favourably. This position will be remunerated under the Clerks Private Sector Award 2020. This position is permanent part-time with ordinary hours of work being 9 00 am to 3 00 pm Monday-Friday. There is no weekend nor public holiday work.
