Full time, 12-month contract servicing the NSW coal mining industry with one insurer Manageable caseload with a focus on quality service delivery not billable targets Generous Remuneration and Benefits About the role As a specialised Workplace Health provider to the NSW coal mining industry, Coal Services are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join CS Health in our Allied Health team to work across both our Speers Point and Singleton offices. Applications are open to Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and eligible Accredited Exercise Physiologists of all skills levels including new graduates . You will achieve this through the provision of treatment, rehabilitation and exercise services in a primary and secondary health care environment. Perform discipline-specific worksite, ergonomic and activities of daily living assessments, functional capacity evaluations and task analysis. Prepare reports to submit to the insurer, doctor and external agencies on matters such as treatment, rehabilitation and workers' compensation. Monitor and maintain case files and accurate file notes, to ensure each case is managed efficiently. Participate in reviews of current procedures and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement to ensure improved customer service. Develop and conduct any new services in line with business direction and customer demands. Industry-based projects focussed on injury prevention, early intervention and rehabilitation. Skills Experience Experience and or strong interest in workplace rehabilitation Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving NSW drivers licence and capacity for day travel Intermediate level computer skills Knowledge and experience of NSW Workers Compensation legislation highly regarded Demonstrated behaviours aligned to our company values and culture we care, we work together, we make a difference.
