What we're looking for:

You are a salesperson who is passionate about helping Citrix and its Global Services Integration (GSI) partners grow their Citrix Workspace market, and align Consultancy and Adoption to meet Future of Work agendas with ANZ customers.

Summary

  • Acting as the sales and marketing liaison Citrix and three the GSI Partners, elevating the role and vigorously driving the strategic sales and services agendas.
  • Driving dedication to Citrix, and sale of products and services solutions.
  • Using your Citrix team of specialists to drive enablement and marketing activities for partner training and marketing execution activities.
  • Maximizing Marketing funds and ensure the best ROI on Partner lead activities.
  • Growing net new revenue through joint business, pipeline and forecast planning, sales coaching and forecasting and execution.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating Citrix and Partner resources
  • Job Responsibilites

  • Co-ordinating the development of partner services offerings to support Citrix & increase profitability
  • Develop a strategic plan for partner relationships to drive pipeline and exceed net new partner sourced quota
  • Increase the partners competency in Citrix sales & delivery through sales, presales & technical certifications
  • Coordinate partnership business planning and execution (including marketing, sales skills
  • development, product, services and customer territory planning) to achieve set objectives
  • As primary relationship owner with the partner, set activity targets including revenue and proficiency; and maintain relationships with sales, marketing and senior business contacts.
  • Conducting regular pipeline management, portfolio planning, sales coaching, forecasting and QBRs
  • Driving sales execution through partner by enabling and influencing (enable, co-sell, etc.)
  • Internally working with Citrix sales teams representing partner sales in strategy reviews.
  • Coordinating people to support the partners and help strengthen relationships with Citrix including:
  • Ensuring all Citrix sales teams and system engineers are engaged and providing appropriate deal support; coordinating training; ensuring participation in marketing and partner strategy programs.
  • Maximizing the utilization of Marketing funds and ensuring the best ROI on Partner lead activities.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout sales cycle.
  • Basic requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7-10 + years prior territory sales experience in a high tech partner model with a consistent record of success in driving sales and customer adoption of technology
  • 5 + yrs experience handling relationships with global service integration (GSI) providers
  • Happy to travel within the ANZ region.
