The hotel features 220 luxury rooms and all the trimmings of a resort style property.We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer service driven Outlet Manager to join the food and beverage team. Bring your creative flair and hospitality knowledge to the Hotel in this hands-on role.The role of the Outlet Manager will demonstrate excellent leadership and hospitality skills with a positive proactive approach to exceed guest expectations. You will enjoy driving the business forward through both innovative campaigns and strong budget management while keeping up to date with current market trends. The required skills and experience for this role include - Demonstrated ability to maximise all food and beverage space, including restaurant, bar, cocktail and conference and events operation- Strong organisational and management skills, with prior experience in a supervisory or management role- An understanding of food beverage cost and control- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills - Experience in staff training and development, creating a proactive service environment- Must be creative and able to implement promotional activity- A high level of personal presentation and grooming- Good computer literacy skills- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate- A current South Australian Responsible Persons License or the ability to obtain one- The availability to work shifts over a 7 day rotating roster, including late nights- Experience in a similar role in a Hotel environment is advantageous.
