Aizer seeks a high performing, self-motivated and experienced Construction Manager ready to the take the next step in their career to state level, and join our multi-disciplined commercial building division, to grow and lead their team to success. About the Role Reporting directly to the CEO of our Building division, you will provide expertise and oversight, whilst giving direction to ensure the successful management and delivery of all Commercial refurbishment, Health Aged Care Facilities and Insurance rectification projects for our multinational client base, whilst ensuring the health, safety and quality standards are maintained. Key requirements in this role include, however not limited to Key Client Relationship Management within the Commercial, Aged Cared, Government and Insurance Sectors Strong Commercial focus, who commands control over your projects at every stage Successfully oversees and delivers high volume low mid rise projects Oversees the management of all subcontractors suppliers and construction materials Ensure works are being completed in accordance with documentation, best practices and Australian Standards Maintain construction timeframes while adhering to the highest levels of both quality, safety and budget restraints Manage the delivery HSEQ across all sites, review safety documentation and ensure all procedures are implemented and monitored according to the Aizer Way. Conduct regular site inspections, site inductions and attend and participate in regular site toolbox talks. Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings Maintain systematic project records and correspondence utilising Aizer's internal software systems. About You You will have drive and ability to deliver on the above requirements, be people focused with a process driven approach and proven ability to provide exceptional client service whilst always striving to deliver successful outcomes. As a strong clear communicator where transparency is key, you will thrive in and enjoy the challenge of a fast paced, multi-project, multi-disciplined environment. To be successful in this role you will also have the following experience and abilities Tertiary Qualifications in Building and Construction or related discipline Key Client Relationship Management experience within the Commercial, Retail, Hotels, Aged Cared Education and Government Sectors Proven ability and aptitude in NSW building construction legislation and codes Able to project manage the delivery of multiple low mid range projects sites Experience and strong knowledge base in Building Assessments and Estimations Oversees or provide guidance across all Quality Assurance Handovers Inspections Overseeing all site based HSEQ including toolbox talks and pre-start meetings Oversee the process of Insurance Assessments and preparation of specialist reports to Insurance Provides, meeting KPI's Ability to growth successfully lead a developing team of building construction supervisors, trades and support staff.
