Last financial year Member purchases exceeded 2.1 billion and Member returns exceeded 55 million.The Role What We Are Looking For The key purpose of the Product Support Analyst role is to provide operational and analytical support to the product team. Key responsibilities of this role include - product analytics and reporting to drive product performance and growth - financial modelling to support business case development - assist with market analysis and gathering intelligence - business process mapping and documentation - act as the SME for product queries to support facilitation of sales - administrative support including managing invoice payments and account reconciliationsWe 're also looking for candidates with the following skills and experience - Business data analysis experience in a medium to large organisation - Degree in Business, Commerce or related discipline is preferred.A great place to workWhen you join Capricorn, you join a community of people who enjoy coming to work and a company that genuinely invests in their employees.
