We are looking for an Expansion Manager who will help us ensure scalability. The person, who takes this position, will be based in our Sydney Office.You will be examining the account history and will need to to come up with upgrading opportunity strategies and ways to cross-sell the new-brand features of the GMP. Expanding revenue from existing accounts will increase the loyalty of the customer which is the main business driver in SaaS industry.


  • University degree in related fields;
  • Expanding revenue from existing accounts;
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers specially at the executive level and c-level suite
  • Exposure to retail, travel and e commerce industry is must;
  • Knowledge in Digital Marketing will be a huge plus;
  • Extensive portfolio of Digital and SEO/SEM agencies;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills effective in person and by phone;
  • Self-starter who works independently and proactively;
  • A keen desire to help customers be successful;
  • Superior project and time management skills; excellent attention to detail;
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Excellent listening skills and high emotional intelligence
  • In-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational and analytical skills;
