The Opportunity Due to robust growth, we are currently seeking an Employer Engagement Consultant. As an Employer Engagement Consultant, you will actively engage with the business community utilising a variety of sales methods to secure employment opportunities for atWork DES Job Seekers. Through your keenly attuned and highly developed commercial acumen, you will provide advocacy and create disability awareness through all interactions with potential employers and establish future commitments to do so. Key Responsibilities Daily engagement with the business community, including developing new relationships business development and maintaining existing relationships stakeholder engagement management Provide advocacy for clients when contacting employers Negotiate, influence and secure highly desirable outcomes to place clients into sustainable employment opportunities This opportunity is a Full Time Max Term Contract until June 30, 2023. About You Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives and marketing activities Demonstrated business development sales reverse marketing experience Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment toward high performance results including proven experience in meeting sales targets KPIs on a weekly monthly quarterly basis Ability to network with employers and generate leads Strong account management experience Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities Highly developed negotiation skills and Well-developed reporting skills.
