Tier 1 Construction Water Utilities contractor Great company culture, perm salaried role Long term capital works and maintenance program in Western Sydney The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Coordinator to commence employment on this long term frameworks contract capital works and maintenance program in Western Sydney. This is a fantastic and ongoing career opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator who is looking to establish solid experience in the entire HR lifecycle of supporting a Joint Venture delivering a major project. Reporting into the Senior People and Culture Advisor, you will administratively support the operations in the day to day HR functions, as well as work closely with the entire program team to implement HR initiatives throughout our growing Utilities portfolio in Sydney. You will be responsible for Providing administrative HR support to diverse project teams across this program of works Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with the entire business to become a trusted HR Coordinator Performing extensive on-boarding activities and transactional support to enable program operations Providing support across a range of HR IR ER activities including recruitment, training, employment contracts, change of circumstances, payroll liaison, timesheets, employee communication and off boarding Supporting the team in the effective utilisation and improvement of Program Management Systems Balancing priorities in conjunction with the Senior People and Culture Advisor and Business Support Manager Contributing as key member of the People and Culture team in establishing our desired organisational culture What we need from you You are confident in your abilities, an excellent communicator, proactive, customer focused and an influential team member. You hold qualifications in HR or similar Sound relevant industry experience in a similar role Experience working within a fast paced industrial construction environment Results focused, resilient and flexible Confident in dealing with all areas of HR administration Previous proven experience in a multi-site business would be highly regarded Strong administrative and organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise work and deal with competing demands is essential Proficient with Microsoft Excel Office and excellent computer skills. Affinity for continuous improvement and innovation, applying learnings to 'real world' project delivery environments. Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy Effort, Attitude Leadership This role will be based on existing and future projects within the Western Sydney area, with the head office being a newly established and modern facility, located in Sydney Olympic Park. Whilst you will be based at the Sydney Olympic Park office for the majority of the working week, there will be an ongoing need to travel to the various project sites and satellite offices within Western Sydney.
