Position Purpose We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Queensland Branch. You will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition process from initial planning to end of the probation period to maximise successful rate of talent acquisition. You are also expected to assist People Safety Manager in any other tasks related to HR WHS disciplines. Qualifications Skills To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field Proven work experience as a recruiting coordinator or recruiter, industry experience an advantage Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks Ability to conduct different types of interviews e.g. structured, competency based and behavioural Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems Capable to work autonomously and maintain a pleasant and calm approach under pressure Clear and articulate communication skills both written and verbal to suit a wide range of people and context. Great can-do attitude and passion to deliver an exceptional customer service Intermediate IT proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office Suites and Gmail.
