As the Showroom Consultant and Sales leads administrator, you will be responsible for managing incoming customer queries via telephone, the online CRM and face-face support for walk-in clients. Your role is not primarily sales driven, but you will be motivated and focused to provide customers with adequate product information and assistance. Following on to liaising and scheduling in-home consultations with a member of our sales team. Your day-day activities will see you responding to online CRM leads answering customer enquiries processing credit card deposits Following-up on quoted customer schedule sales appointments on in house sales calender showroom marketing brochures collateral re-stocking showroom presentation general marketing admin responsibilities Previous experience in Building products industry preferable but not essential.
