Being a customer focused bank, we want to ensure our customers can easily find, learn about, buy and activate our products services digitally.Working within the Digital Sales Experience Tribe, you will be joining a team who are passionate about attracting activating customers through Digital Channels, as well as defining and developing sales engagement strategies across all channels. Role OverviewAn Analyst deeply understand the business environment and consistently works in refining the business and system requirements to increase the quality and efficiency of the customer outcome being delivered by the squad. Typically, as a person with always an eye for detail Analyst starts working on single line problem statements , finds way through amid ambiguity to clearly discover the clear business requirements and works with squad members to build enhance technology solutions. A system analyst also partners with Product Owner to validate requirements and their priority as well as alignment to the value being delivered. The role includes heavy involvement with Engineers, Testers, Release Leads and other members within or outside the squad to uncover dependencies and validate boundaries while drafting complete and well elaborated User Stories. Last but not the least, analyst owns the built solutions and actively participates in ongoing support for the platform as required e.g. diagnoses problems and proposes fixes for the production incident management.As a person, who are you - A team player You know we only win if we all win. It is not about being a hero but jumping in and contributing to the successful delivery of the team s mission - The customer s biggest fan You demonstrate a thirst for better understanding the customer and define the problem and develop solutions through their eyes - Comfortable being uncomfortable You are comfortable with uncertainty and have the ability to effectively manage yourself through ambiguity and change - Continuous improvement junkie You constructively challenge the status quo, look for better ways to do things and passionately advocate continuous improvement - Committed to your own and other s growth You strive to stretch and grow yourself and others by identifying your own development areas, seeking feedback and providing feedback to others to help them learn and grow everyday - A problem solver You are energized by tackling complex problems and use critical thinking, your network, skills, knowledge, and available data to drive better outcomes for our customers and the bank - Risk savvy You build sustainable solutions that protect customers, stakeholders and the community What you bring to ANZ and DSE Tribe - Experience working as business system analyst in at least one of the following - Customer origination platforms online application systems - API based digital solutions - Adobe product suite AEM content management tools- Proven experience working as business system analyst and translating business requirements into digital solutions by understanding needs, feasibility and impact.- Strong elicitation requirements gathering, estimation, facilitation and impact assessment skills with equal focus on business process and technology impacts- Ability to carry out journey mapping and process mapping for existing and new features in the solutions owned by the squad - Strong experience in understanding technology system modelling, system design, application performance needs and technology infrastructure.- Proven ability to understand our technology stack, analyze technical issues, production logs, review scripts and implemented business logics- Ability to analyze interface designs and API interactions, data mapping, data modelling, request response and different error conditions- Ability to understand and assist in solution assessment, visual modelling and user interface design- A thorough understanding and working experiences in scaled agile environment- Past experience in aligning new features with enterprise agile release train and ability to support changes to production- Stakeholder management skills and experience in gathering and translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria- Strong communication and presentation skills- Growth mindset and a strong desire to continuously learn new techniques technologies and bring innovative ideas into the SquadANZ Culture and ValuesAt ANZ, our culture and values are the foundation of how we work and how we bank and we must live our values everyday if we are to earn back the community s trust.
