Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all contractual aspects of projects
  • Working closely with Contracts team to ensure all projects are delivered on time at a high level
  • Dealing with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Scheduling of labour and materials
  • Preparation of handover documentation
  • Assisting estimating team with tenders
  • Monthly reporting of each project
  • Working closely with all team members to ensure the smooth day to day running of the projects


    • Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in landscape or building construction contract administration
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Capable of using Microsoft Word, Excel, etc
