Key Responsibilities: Managing all contractual aspects of projects Working closely with Contracts team to ensure all projects are delivered on time at a high level Dealing with subcontractors and suppliers Scheduling of labour and materials Preparation of handover documentation Assisting estimating team with tenders Monthly reporting of each project Working closely with all team members to ensure the smooth day to day running of the projects
Previous experience in landscape or building construction contract administration Great communication skills, both written and verbal Capable of using Microsoft Word, Excel, etc
