The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Regional Manager the primary purpose of this pivotal role is to achieve and build maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within your territory and market segment by effectively selling the company's products. You will be one of the key drivers of success through business management, development and sales by leading by example and creating a positive culture using the organisations core values. Responsibilities include Identify explore new markets. Achieve set revenue targets and KPI's Establish and grow existing relationships. Promote sales amongst existing customers. Prospect for establish accounts with new creditworthy customers. Follow up quotes. Maintain industry, market product knowledge. Promote products and services to existing and or potential customers Understand each product and its uses. Manage and update CRM customer accounts contacts Participate in meetings conferences and contribute on improving business offerings and sharing experiences. This is a true sales role and applicants will need to demonstrate their sales and business development ability as well as possessing the Hunter mentality. Previous experience in the Electrical Wholesale industry will be highly regarded is preferred. A valid full driver's licence and clean driving record is required and willingness to travel throughout NSW. Relevant qualifications such as Certificate IV or Diplomas in Business are a distinct advantage.
