To learn more about our organisation, please see https user wmbmedia.We are seeking a new Employment Coach to join our team of dedicated and passionate people who want better employment outcomes for young people aged 17 - 21 living with disability. Key Role Accountabilities 1 Align one's workplace behaviour in accordance with the Wesley Charter and Wesley Mission Queensland's Vision, Mission and Values2 Assist in the delivery, development, evaluation and administration of the program including communication with families about participant progress as needed facilitating a diverse group of participants and directing volunteers3 Work from a strengths-based perspective to assist participants with disability to meet their identified needs4 Deliver learning materials in a workshop format following universal design principles5 Adapt materials where necessary to meet the individual learning needs of participants6 Effectively time manage work days to ensure the full utilisation of working hours and delivery of material in a timely manner7 Connect with businesses and organisations within the local community to develop relationships for work site visits, work experience and employment opportunities for participants 8 Provide superior customer service that exceeds customer expectations at all times9 Comply with all organisational Policy and Procedures, as well as WH S Standards10 Provide effective communication and reporting to management and stakeholders as requested HOW TO APPLY Applications must address the 'Qualifications, Knowledge and Requirement' for this role contained within the attached position description and are to be submitted online at by 4pm of the closing date.
