Clothing Apparel Wholesaler requires a part-time Accounts Clerk Supporting Accounts Manager in the day to day processing of accounts activities. You will be a self-motivated individual who is accurate and meticulous with entering financial allocations. The position includes the following areas of responsibility Support with day to day accounts data entry Help with General Ledger Reconciliations Process new credit applications from debtors Set up new debtors Assist with end of month reporting General Admin duties Support in transitioning to new software platform. The successful applicant should have the following attributes Experience working in a small to medium business. Basic knowledge of MYOB, MS Excel and Outlook competencies. . Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage. Have at least 3 years accounting data entry experience Have full knowledge of overall accounts tasks including accounts payable and receivable Effective communication in a team environment. High level data entry accuracy and attention to details. Punctual, reliable, good work ethic. This is a full-time Position.
