Our departments include marketing and communication, legal, finance, HR, safety, workshop and plant and business improvement. ACCIONA is now looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to provide process support to our growing team. ACCIONA s payroll team are going through an exciting growth phase and as such we are looking to expand our offering to the business. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this short term temporary role will provide administrative, processing support and payroll activities for accurate and timely payment of wages and salaries. You will also support other payroll activities e.g. data input, filing, documentation, customer service, reports, journals reconciliations and leave management to support efficient delivery of services. To be considered for this role you will have comprehensive experience in a related payroll role, with a good foundation of payroll concepts, with emphasis on Award- and Enterprise Agreement-based blue collar workforce payrolls, and a good working knowledge of payroll processes and systems in iChris Kronos. In support of your application will be strong technical and analytical skills to provide accurate customer service and to support processing of payroll and related functions.
