Manage a caseload of 25-30 cases Assess client needs Develop strategies and interventions for a safe return to pre-injury activities Play an important role in a multidisciplinary approach The successful recruit will provide initial assessments, early intervention assessments, home assessments, worksite assessments, ergonomic assessments, functional capacity assessments, job task analyses and case management services. You'll work across various schemes including workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs.
