Our client is seeking several Support Officers to work as a part of a team as the first point of contact for schools to support the smooth administration of the 2021 NAPLAN test in NSW.This is a temporary full-time role 7hrs day Monday to Friday for the period of 5 weeks from 19th April to 21 May 2021 inclusive, working from the CBD office.Key accountabilitiesProvide high level support for schools and other stakeholders involved in NAPLAN testsWork collaboratively with team members to ensure issues raised are properly resolved in a timely mannerEnsure the provision of accurate information and remain up to date with any changes to resourcesRefer matters as appropriate to other NESA officers or officers of a third party e.g. school sector representatives Plan and prioritise workload and monitor own progressProvide project support as requiredEssential requirements Call centre experienceFirst class customer service skills Available for a 5 week contractcalendar_today4 days ago
