Reporting to the Senior Geologist, you will be - Promoting a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible working culture, which will lead to a zero harm workplace. - Assisting in the design, implementation and management to deliver drilling programs. - Supporting RTA Projects to evaluate the future exploitation of bauxite mineralisation. - Assisting in the interpretation of resource evaluation information. What you ll bring - A demonstrated positive safety culture. - A degree in geology or related discipline. - A passion for achieving technical excellence. - Strong teamwork skills and an ability to communicate clearly and respectfully. - The ability to lead a small team of people in the field. - Operational strengths logistics, coordination, contractor management, supervision , and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and agile environment. - Have at least a few years relevant industry experience.
