Hours per fortnight 73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available. Duties Assist and review the hazard identification, risk assessments processes including the development and implementation of appropriate controls. Maintain and action tasks for specific registers including asbestos, chemical and hazard identification. Coordinate the TPS safety inspection process in conjunction with relevant area Superintendents Managers and Health and Safety Representatives. Coordinate emergency management plans for non-secure areas. Assist the implementation of training and educational development as required to support risk management and injury reduction initiatives. Assist with the implementation of health and wellbeing initiatives including mental health awareness. Assist in the coordination of employees in their role as Health and Safety Representatives. Provide professional support and briefings to the TPS WH S Committee. Provide assistance and support to Head of Work Health and Safety in implementation of the safety systems and processes.
