About the role The Fundraising, Marketing and Communication FMC Group are responsible for ensuring reliable revenue streams are strategically planned and executed each year. The Campaigns and Community Engagement team delivers National and State Peer to Peer Campaigns, Third Party Beneficiaries, Fundraising Events, Community Fundraising and Community Engagement across Queensland. As the Campaign Manager, Growth Retention, you will be responsible, you are responsible for identifying, developing and implementing growth and retention opportunities across all National and State Peer to Peer Campaigns, Third Party Beneficiaries and Community Fundraising activities. You will ensure participant recruitment is maximised, migrating supporters across the organisation to ensure longevity of their fundraising contributions dedicated to our mission. Additionally, you will be responsible for the briefing and coordination of all resources internal and external, required to support and promote acquisition and retention strategies across a variety of segments. This role is permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours and this role is based in our Fortitude Valley Office in Brisbane. About you To be successful in this role you will need to bring your ability to think outside the box, and demonstrate the following criteria Tertiary qualifications in marketing, events management, communications, project management or fundraising with a minimum of two years experience within a not-for-profit organisation is highly desirable. Ability to be highly agile and with proven problem-solving skills and capabilities. Exceptional relationship manager with the ability to easily build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Understanding of quantitative data and ability to report insights is advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly developed time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks with maximum impact. Has the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Proven experience in setting, controlling budgets and achieving fundraising targets financial and participant Experience in liaising with marketing departments around marketing communication acquisition retention donor journeys and content resources. Demonstrated experience in the Microsoft Office 365, Customer Relationship Management systems, project management systems, P L trackers and data analysis systems such as Power of BI . Understanding of, or commitment to the charitable sector and or regional organizational setting is advantageous. Understanding of quantitative data and ability to report insights is advantageous. Current Queensland driver's licence.
