About the Role Reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance, within our National Training Centre, the Supervisor Maintenance Execution will supervise the Execution teams' work activities in an Operations, Operational area, Sub area or a specialised trade or work discipline in compliance with the work schedule, operating standards, procedures and defined process to achieve optimal maintenance outcome. Working on a desirable 7 7 work roster. As a valued member of the team, your key accountabilities will be Prioritise the timely execution of work based on the condition of risk of equipment to prevent unplanned failures Supervise the execution of the work schedule and approved break in work Monitor and verify competency of individual technicians in the safe performance of duties Assess and approve work and spend as identified within an area of accountability, related to equipment conditions for notifications accurately scoped by others Ensure execution input to the development of the Maintenance strategy and budget Review future works schedules for executability Supervise the delivery of training, in accordance with the maintenance About you With demonstrated experience within Maintenance Execution, you will possess the following Previous supervisory experience within an execution environment Proven ability to build cross functional relationships within sub functions to support delivery of service Experience with investigating reported events and provide leadership for the reporting of events and hazards in a timely manner Experience within a safety background advantageous Hold high safety standards SAP experience highly desirable Supporting a Diverse Workforce The size and magnitude of our business not only provides significant opportunity for professional development, but also attractive salary packages with performance based bonuses and a unique BHP employee share program.
