About The Role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager this role presents a unique opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join our team as we take the brand to the next level, you will leverage internal product owners & technical experts to build your pipeline in your network. You would be responsible for representing the business across your region in the Aged and Disability Care markets.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a trusted advisor to customer leaders, shaping and positioning deals early in the sales cycle.
  • Builds strong professional working C-level relationships with prospective and existing customers. Establishes a high level of personal credibility with key customer executives.
  • Identifies and qualifies new customer opportunities.
  • Researches and understands the customer’s industry, business strategies and challenges.
  • Builds and orchestrates sales pipeline activity. Ensures active nurturing of deals and movement of opportunities to close.


    • About You

    We are looking for a highly capable and driven candidate, with experience & commitment to understanding our customers & their needs. You will also have:

  • Strong software demonstration skills and ability to learn new products quickly.
  • Builds strong relationships at all levels of an organisation, ideally within the Community Care or health space
  • Experience working with customers in the Community Care or health market in Australia or overseas
  • Driven to meet, and even exceed, KPIs including pipeline metrics, opportunity coverage, wallet share and acquisition plans
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecasts and opportunities within CRM systems
  • Keeps abreast of industry trends and lead discussions with IT on strategic directions and linking discussions
  • Strong problem solving skills
