Brunel have recently partnered with one of Australia s leading EPCM delivery Service Partners to successfully recruit and place a suitably qualified HSE Administrator to support our client's effective and professional site-based team.This opportunity will be offered on an initial 6 Month contract, on a 2 1 rotation from Perth to siteASAP Start 2 weeks on, 1 week offRate 50 per hour inclusive of Superannuation12 Hours per day Provide administrative support in the preparation of HSE presentations or meetings, including but not limited to daily pre-start and weekly toolbox meetingsMaintain HSE notice boards on camp with up to date informationProvide administrative support in the preparation of HSE training information and maintain the schedule for delivery of this trainingInput and upload training records for personnelProvide administrative support in the risk management process with documentationMonitor and provide reports on progress in relation to close out and verification of corrective actions A reliable and trustworthy nature when dealing with confidential issues and staff at all levelsRequirements5 years working in a similar positionStrong HSE administration experienceExperience working in a EPCM environmentPrevious experience supporting projects in a site capacityHigh attention to detailAbility to build effective internal and external networksEasily adaptable to rules and supervisionBeing available on-call outside of general work daysBenefitsThis opportunity will be offered on an initial 6-month contract, on a 2 1 rotation from Perth to siteASAP Start 2 weeks on, 1 week offRate 50 per hour inclusive of Superannuation12 Hours per dayAbout BrunelBrunel is a recruitment and flexible workforce solution provider which connects talented people with opportunities throughout Australasia and around the world.
