DescriptionIn this role, you will be mainly responsible for assisting with recruitment activities in a timely and efficient manner supporting the Care Coordinator managing Worker's Compensation cases and payments in accordance with relevant legislation undertaking and monitoring employee compliance and performance obligations providing advice to employees on interpretation of employment related legislation andproviding administrative support such as the organisation of staff meetings, coordination of orientation, training etc QualificationsTo be successful in this role, we expect you to have demonstrated experience in a similar role of 2 years excellent communication of spoken and written English attention to details and a high level of accuracy strong IT capabilities and the ability to quickly pick up new management systems knowledge of SCHADS Award and WPHS Obligations and Legislation excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders ability to work independently and as a member of a team andcurrent National Police Check.On offer is a Part-Time Permanent Position 15hrs p week along with a supportive work environment and strong corporate culture.
