I need 24 7 1 1 practical and positive assistance to look after myself and my home and engage with and contribute to my community.I have a fun and playful nature. I like sharing jokes, doing Zumba and girly things such as wearing jewellery, the colour pink, glitter, and bling I love dogs, horse riding, the beach, people watching, visiting parks and cafes. I like people and enjoy engagement and interaction with others.My family are important to me, and they are involved in the direction of my supports. I need to have people around me that I trust and know how to support me well to be successful This hands-on role will also require you to ensure my health and safety and team members are at the forefront of everything we do.About you I am looking for team members who are outstanding communicators with an ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders including community members and organisations.
