About the Role Based at Balcatta branch, you will be responsible for representing specific products solutions for all accounts for a region, expands relationships with existing and new customers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts to grow one or more assigned product lines. Key Responsibilities Accountabilities Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines. Provides coaching and professional development to other team-members in order to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills. Achieve or exceed Key Performance Indicators KPI s as outlined Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty. Establish productive, professional relationships with key employees in assigned product segments eg Vendor Managers Coordinate the customer involvement of other company employees when needed, including support resources, team members, and management. Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet Hills standards. Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame The successful candidate will have Relevant product commercial knowledge. Strong national sales experience is desirable Strong understanding and knowledge of the electronic Access Control market Proven record in testing, commissioning products and systems set up. A can-do attitude and the knowledge of how to be a part of a high performing team. A strong Customer focus listening and delivering on customer requirements. Ability to prioritise and multitask to achieve results. Excellent communication skills, communicates ideas clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing. Ability to build relationships on mutual trust and delivering on commitments.
