The APA Bright Sparks Graduate Program provides a unique opportunity for graduates to gain valuable industry experience, learn about our business and gain insight into what a career at APA looks like. Over the two-year program you will work across our core business areas to develop your technical knowledge and skills, and your leadership capabilities. You will work on challenging projects alongside some of the most experienced and talented people in our industry. As a Graduate on our two year Program, we offer you Rotations across our core business units On-the-job training to build your technical skills Customised development workshops Mentor support from a senior industry professional to help guide your career Meaningful performance development and feedback An inclusive and collaborative work environment As part of the 2022 APA Bright Sparks Graduate program, we are recruiting into our Transformation and Technology T T team. Transformation and Technology leads our response to the decarbonisation, decentralisation and digitisation of the energy sector and the world at large. T T identifies emerging energy market opportunities, leads new energy projects and delivers business transformation. As a Graduate in Transformation and Technology, you will work closely with the team and will contribute to the success of providing our information technology services, operational technology infrastructure and technology strategy. All these functions work together so we can continuously improve the way we work in line with global technology advances. We are passionate about delivering business transformation, continuous improvement initiatives and technology solutions On successful completion of the Graduate Program we will work together placing you in a division of the Transformation Technology team that you have worked in, balancing your preferences with the business needs. To be eligible to apply for the Graduate Development program, you will be Double Degree qualified in a combination of IT, Commerce, Engineering, Science, Innovation, Strategy or Design Thinking A recent Graduate or in your final year of study and in a position to start your graduate program in February 2022 Be able to communicate with a broad range of people verbally and written Able to work as part of a team Have sound analytical and research skills Be driven and dedicated to your career growth and development Hold a current Australian driver s license Bring your energy We want you to help us shape the future of the energy industry.
