As part of our exciting period of growth we are seeking a Marketing and Brand Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for an efficient, highly organised and experienced early-career marketing professional to assist with our brand and marketing function. In this role you will work with our management team to support various tasks relating to our marketing projects as well as regular departmental support. Duties and responsibilities Exceptional eye for detail, visual presentation Manage, develop, and support marketing efforts within the firm Working with Partners and senior staff to support them on marketing activities and client relationship development Developing internal and external communications, including print and digital Co-ordinating and managing LinkedIn and social media strategy Maintain and update the existing website publications Coordinate the Hamilton Murphy newsletter Preparing and co-ordinating firm publications, marketing materials, capability statements, Powerpoint Presentations Managing strategy to build profile and branding of the firm Co-ordinate marketing related events Manage and maintain CRM software Assist with any other BD and marketing tasks that are required. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years experience in a similar service-related industry High energy level and sharp focus on achieving results Strong planner and time manager with the ability to set priorities and maintain high-quality standards Ability to look beyond your own responsibilities and supports the broader firm Excellent verbal written communication skills University degree holder is preferred, or currently undertaking a degree in Brand Management, Marketing and Communications or a business equivalent.
