About the RoleThe Registered Nurse RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care with in the Ambulatory Care Outpatient Clinic. The RN will be required to collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and provide support, guidance and education to patients and their families. What you bring Registered as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency APHRA Demonstrated ability to deliver quality nursing care in accordance with the ANMC National Competency Standards for a Registered NurseDemonstrated effective communication, organisational and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as a member of the multidisciplinary teamDemonstrated ability to provide safe, evidenced based nursing care to patients in the acute care environmentDemonstrated capacity to mentor and precept new and or less experienced staffParticipation in ongoing professional development of self and others.
