Job Description
1. Participate in discovery workshops, understand the requirements, and design solutions using Pega Decisioning and Marketing.
2. Understand the requirements and provide high level solution design that is not only fit for purpose but also is world-class
3. Work with other Pega Decisioning Consultants to deliver solution on time and with quality
4. Should be Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant. Certified Pega Marketing Consultant is an added advantage
5. Pega Marketing & Decisioning advanced knowledge, PRPC experience and rule types like strategies, offer flows, activities, when rules, functions, data transforms, decision logic, dataflows, datasets, adaptive models, reporting, agents and ruleset management
6. Experience in doing reference architecture, frameworks and implementing design governance
7. Work in agile methodology and support the iteration / project manager with stand-ups, burn-down, retrospectives etc
8. Allocate and track the specification to other developers and review their deliverables
9. Work with LBA and client SMEs to obtain the sign-off of deliverables
10. Conduct design workshops with interfacing applications and explain the interfacing requirements
11. Ability to write design documents and walk the audience through the design
12. Mentor and coach other Pega developers in the team
13. Able to estimate for the end to end delivery of Pega projects
14. Able to work on Pega technical aspects and help tackle complex items including Integration
15. Good understanding of Integration patterns and ability to recommend the best integration option based on the requirements
16. Able to design high performing applications
17. Good understanding of the infrastructure components involved in Pega projects
18. Good understanding of data migration requirements, approach, design and implementation
19. Highlight risks and assumptions identified during the course of the project.
20. Work closely with Automation/performance architect to cover end to end testing.
21. Work closely with delivery teams of various applications in ensuring test alignment at the test case level
22. Accountable for the completeness, accuracy of the Pega applications and their performance
23. Escalate the issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, and Resources) to project / program manager.
24. Experience in all aspects of SDLC
