1st Year Electronics Apprentice Our client, Honeywell, an international software and technology company has a position available for an apprenticeship in Electronics and Communications. As a MEGT apprentice working in Honeywell you will gain exposure to delivering leading edge technology solutions to critical buildings in any of the following industries Healthcare, Transport Airports, Data Centres, Leisure Entertainment, Corrections, Premium Commercial Education. Day to day you will be mentored under seasoned industry professionals and will learn how to engineer, configure, program and maintain building automation security systems by utilising software to keep buildings comfortable, sustainable, safe and secure. Within the projects team, you will install, configure and commission HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, Security, and Third-Party Systems. Honeywell is a global industrial software company to complete your apprenticeship within and provides great opportunities for people who want to influence the future by working with cutting edge technologies. Some travel may be required within NSW. The successful candidate must be able to pass a Security Clearance Check. Essential Criteria Demonstrated interest in Information Technology, Electronics and computers Be willing to commit to the completion of a four-year apprenticeship 18 years plus Completion of year 12 or similar previous work experience Able to obtain Security clearance High level of Communication skills Well presented Great attitude and demonstration reliability Be able to transport themselves to sites across Brisbane Be able to pass a Colour Confusion TestPreferred Criteria Drivers LicenceAs part of the recruitment process you would be required to pass an Aptitude Test at a high level.
