Working for an established organisation here on the terrace, our Client is looking for a skilled Administrator to join them on an ongoing part-time basis. This opportunity is Monday to Friday school hours with some flexibility when it comes to start/finish times.

The duties will be varied and differ from day to day but will include:

Reception: Meet & greet staff/guests

Answer calls, direct messages

General office management including organising meetings, setting up conference rooms

Organising catering & events when required FM Coordination

Coordinate parking and facility requirements of the office

Assisting with reporting on a regular basis

Other adhoc duties as directed

The ideal candidate will need to be proactive, as well as being well presented with strong communication skills. It is important that you have worked in a similar position for a minimum of 5 years and are confident in your skill set including MS Office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in the CBD in dynamic role with minimal supervision.
