Australian Federal Police

The Australian Federal Police (AFP) has established itself as a key player in the Australian security landscape, rising to complex challenges and staying a step ahead of new and emerging risks responding swiftly to protect Australians as new threats emerge. The AFP prides itself on demonstrating leadership and agility in a dynamic operating environment. We are looking for the brightest minds to play a critical role in protecting Australians by outsmarting serious, complex, international and organised crime.

Crime is smart, so we need to be smarter. To be one of the most adaptive, effective and advanced police forces in the world, the AFP is seeking qualified candidates for the 2022 Graduate Program.

We are looking for qualified candidates who are driven by an intelligent, problem-solving approach and are willing to constantly adapt and learn to overcome problems put in their way.

We are ethical and values-driven, embracing diversity and inclusion. We value fairness, trust, respect, accountability, integrity, commitment and excellence in service to the community and in working with each other.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates wishing to obtain well-rounded experience in a modern and adaptive organisation that:

  • has a diverse and exciting range of work

  • Further information about the AFP’s remuneration and other entitlements can be found on the AFP website Benefits and Conditions page.

As an inclusive organisation, the AFP provides opportunity for all Australians to fairly gain employment in the AFP. We appreciate that everyone is unique and acknowledge that diversity in thought leads to greater transparency and improved consideration in our decision making.
