Description:

This global mining company is looking for an Enterprise Scrum Master to join the team to support the establishment of an enterprise Agile operating model and the capability uplift of Agile across the organisation to improve interactions and foster better collaboration between individual business units and overall IT. On an initial 12-month engagement you responsible for supporting, guiding, and driving the implementation of the Agile methodology, across the business and ensuring there is an enterprise approach to mindsets, processes, techniques, and tools are embedded into organisation as well as the daily ways of working.
Responsibilities

Establish, implement and facilitate ceremonies and processes at the group level as the Solution Train Engineer

Support the Product Manager in establishing a clear vision and roadmap as well as prioritising the product backlog ensuring it is aligned with the overall enterprise strategy and brings value to the customers.

Align and collaborate with central team Scrum Masters to get a visibility of any impediments and support to resolve them, as well as own, track and resolve impediments raised by teams.

Support and encourage teams in managing risks and dependencies.

Create a visible system of work, including managing the product backlog to have a clear view on progress with the Epics and Features.

Improve the flow of value by improving and assessing the practices associated with DevOps and Release on Demand in the Continuous Delivery Pipeline.

Support and lead the Agility health maturity assessment and drive growth items from there.

Guide leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindset, and encourage collaboration between teams, business and central teams.

Promote agility thought leadership within and outside of direct team, as well as collaboration with vendors and partners as required.

Your Experience & Skills

Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Iteration Manager, and / or Solution Train Engineer.

Previous experience within IT with global / multi-national corporations collaborating with geographically dispersed stakeholders at all levels across multiple regions with varying time-zones.

Supported teams in problem identification and decision-making with the ability to share new findings and Agile / DevOps best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Agile related certifications such as Lean, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Scaled Agile would be highly desirable
