My client is currently searching for a Business Development Manager to join their team. The role will be a combination of new business development as well as ongoing management of existing clients.


As the Business Development Manager reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Developing strategic business plans and budgets
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue
  • Utilising a CRM system to effectively manage and track jobs/leads
  • Reporting to the senior leadership manager on sales performance and business initiatives


  • 5+ years direct sales experience ideally within the packaging industry within Australia
  • Demonstrated track record of success/growth in previous roles
  • Ability to work autonomously to build your portfolio
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
  • Unrestricted clean Drivers License
