About the Role –
As a Mortgage Advisor it is paramount that you consistently provide exceptional service and professional advice to your clients. You will be responsible for creating new clients through self-generated and provided referrals from business partners, repeat clients and also assist with company generated enquiries. The key responsibilities are:

  • Understanding of Credit Lending policy
  • Ability to interact with referrers, source ‘leads’ and referrals
  • Preparation of a home loan application – including efficient communication with all members of the team assisting with the application process
  • Efficient handling of loan processing functions from submitting through to client settlement and client management
  • Complying with all industry guidelines and current legislation around the loan application process
  • Customer service and assistance, including queries regarding changes and variations to loans
  • Promoting the brand by assisting with various aspects of Marketing Initiatives
  • About You –

  • Required Knowledge & Qualifications –

  • Must hold a Diploma in Mortgage Lending
  • Knowledge of banking and finance
  • Understanding of lending policy and guidelines
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
