We currently have afantastic opportunity for an Office Management Assistant tojoin our Siemens Mobility team. The role will be based in our local Headquartersin Docklands, Melbourne.They key aspect of this role is tosupport our local CEO & CFO as well as the management of our office. Inthis position you will be responsible for an additional team member.

The ideal OfficeManagement Assistant shows the ability to take on extra projects andcan adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Main responsibilitiesinclude, but not limited:

  • AssistManagement with planning and managing business including diary management,organising meetings, and managing email for the CEO.
  • Coordinateand establishes travel arrangements (domestic and international) and reconcilestravel and expenses.
  • Assistmanagement with HR related issues including onboarding/exits.
  • ProvidingOffice Administrative support to team members as required.
  • Managementof facility services to maintain a clean and tidy office environment.
  • Providingadministrative support to our general counsel; document management flow.
  • Skills &Experience:

  • 5-10years’ experience in a similar role in a large, international organisation.
  • Extensiveexperience in leading administrative functions to deliver outstanding customerservice to internal stakeholders.
  • Ideallya tertiary qualification in business or related field.
  • Experiencein managing a team member.
  • Advancedcomputer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
  • Highlevel organisational and time management skills.
  • Experiencein process improvement would be an advantage.
  • Abilityto handle changing priorities and adapt quickly.
  • Highlevel of integrity and confidentiality.
