ABOUT THE ROLE
The role will be responsible for creating and managing the brand's digital content for web, EDM, newsletters, blogs, press releases, and support with, social and video with a strong focus on SEO, SEM and content performance to grow organic traffic.
We are looking for a gun who can own all aspects of the role, ready to dig in and create engaging and compelling content across multiple channels.
In your day to day, you will be:
Managing all social media channels to drive organic growth & engagement. Developing creative content ideas for organic & paid. Executing creative content ideas (both yourself & with agencies when required). Managing all inbound copywriting and content submissions. Identifying key areas of opportunity including brand ambassadors & influencers. Reporting on results of social media/content & refining strategies around this data to improve key metrics. Formulating an integrated content strategy that brings to life Greg's mission, values and customer benefits across all platforms, including social, website, and email and social media Leading the production of all content, and create content (including copy, eDMs, blogs and Vlogs) in-line with the overarching content marketing strategy Accountable for the overall distribution of content through various channels, including media, website, social media and various internal communication channels Working closely with the leadership team to track, report and uplift digital performance, acquisition and conversion Participating and contributing to the broader company strategy, team engagement and where applicable customer engagement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Inspiring proficiency in the digital space, with a solid understanding of SEO & SEM Experience managing website content, CMS, WordPress, or similar A good understanding of Google Analytics, and a CRM such as Hubspot or Salesforce. Strong knowledge of social media: FB, IG, and YouTube Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong editorial skills/ proofreading Strong interpersonal skills; positive, motivated, flexible, and patient Minimum 5 years previous experience in a digital marketing role with hands-on experience creating and or project managing digital content marketing Bachelor's degree or equivalent in digital media, communications, arts, project management or marketing

Has a knack & natural eye for thumb stopping content Is self-motivated to work with the ability to own this role Loves to be extremely organised with the ability to create content calendars, roadmaps, drive projects, and meet deadlines Is naturally detailed orientated with exceptional communication, proofing and reviewing skills. Works well with others, is a team player and is member focused
