We are looking for an experienced Manager or SeniorManager (Associate Director) within the Mergers & Acquisitions team in ourPerth office. This role is offered on a flexible full-time basis.
Your key responsibilities
Participation in the end-to-end transactionprocesses Working with clients teams to make theirbusinesses transaction ready Participation in industry research - to assistin identifying potential acquisition targets for investors and leadingbusinesses that may be potential clients of EY Development and maintenance of financial models Development and maintenance of transaction timetables Development of pitch documents and proposals for new business opportunities Skills and attributes for success At least 5 years professional experienceincluding at least 3 years’ experience in executing M&A transactions A high level of commercial acumen and strongfinancial analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ideally, you’ll also have Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerceor similar disciplines An existing right to work in Australia A willingness and ability to travel asnecessary A dedication to teamwork
