It is in this context that we are looking for an experienced Risk and Compliance Managerto join our Enterprise Risk & Compliance division.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Risk & Compliance Manager, Advice you will primarily be responsible for assisting the Senior Risk Manager and Chief Risk Officer develop, maintain and enhance IOOF’s risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop lasting partnerships with Advice Division stakeholders Promote a strong risk and compliance culture throughout the Advice Division Support the Advice Division with pragmatic and commercial specialist risk management advice Provide assurance on the effectiveness of the Risk Management Framework; and work flexibly and collaboratively within a small team Maintaining existing risk tools within the relevant operational risk & compliance system(s) Supporting the maintenance of an effective risk management framework Challenging and reviewing the design and operating effectiveness of key controls to minimise future losses Assisting delivery of insightful risk reporting

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:

Qualified degree in related field is highly desirable Extensive experience in similar role in the industry Strong detailed knowledge of Financial Services and Financiale Advice Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills High attention to detail to consistently produce high quality work Highly collaborative and willing to contribute to the team Ability to think outside the box, recommend solutions and deliver results In return, we offer development opportunities at an ASX top 200 company A professional, supportive and friendly culture A range of corporate and lifestyle benefits
