Permanent role - Government Agency CBD Location - Working from home initially Government Procurement experience is a must Our Client is looking for a Procurement Specialist. The purpose of this role is to provide high quality procurement support across the whole business and a good understanding of the Victorian Government Purchasing Board.
Key Responsibilities Provide procurement support and specialist advice including across the organisation on procurement policies Draft and prepare all procurement documentation Manage and update the procurement register and provide reporting of all procurements on a monthly basis Manage end to end procurement activities and documentation. Co-ordinate activities with the Contract Management Office, Procurement Division, and Finance and Departmental legal staff as required. Skills and experience Extensive experience in procurement both in the BAU and project space. Government procurement experience preferably with Victorian Government Purchasing Board requirements.
