Reporting to the Senior Competency Specialist, could you be our next Learning Systems Specialist?



About the role

This role will work across V/line to scope and manage systems and processes associated with learning, competency management and assurance. You will be responsible for leading the second phase of our Learning Management System implementation and identifying further opportunities for optimisation and modernisation. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure competency is managed in accordance with both V/Line and industry standards. You will also be responsible for providing advice, training and support on use of systems to internal stakeholders,

About you

As this role is part-time, we would ideally require someone to commit to 32 hours per week. You will bring at least 5 years’ of demonstrated experience in learning management and competency systems. You will have a passion for modernisation and optimisation. Your enthusiasm to learn new systems & processes partnered with your strong attention to detail and superior stakeholder management skills will set you up for success. An integral aspect of this role will be your time management skills and your ability to adhere to deadlines.
