Human Resources is involved in every part of Accenture's organisation and Human Resources activities fall into roughly three categories: Talent management, including workforce planning, recruiting, career management, performance management, capability development, scheduling and rewards; Employee engagement, which focuses on people satisfaction and employee and alumni relations; and Human capital efficiency, which focuses on HR strategy, the operating structure, HR technology, HR service delivery and internal controls.
As a Recruitment Coordinator you will partner closely with multiple Recruiters across the Talent Acquisition function to help hire the best talent. You will be working closely with the Recruiters and will be accountable for the overall recruitment process and candidate journey.
Specific responsibilities may include:
Source candidates through multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards and other databases. Review CVs and Conduct phone/ face to face screening calls with candidates Manage the candidate journey - Continuously and proactively provide status updates with candidates and hiring managers; collect feedback and results from each and use them to further the success of the partnership with recruiting. Partner with the Recruiter to draft job descriptions Assist in the background check process documentation Handling day to day management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of recruiting processes, including planning, sourcing, assessing, reporting Managing a recruiting pipeline including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events (career fairs/assessment days etc) and sourcing activities, managing assessing, and managing referral and post-offer processes Assistance with Assessment days & careers fairs
Skills & Work Experience
Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships Effectively and professionally present, negotiate and communicate in both a verbally and written nature Relationship focused and passionate about the candidate experience Able to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Able to collaborate and influence recruiting partners and with success in relationship management and operating in a collaborative team environment.
