What you’ll do
Thrust into the frontline of our B2B call centre, this role is pivotal in supporting our venue partners across our core business operations. On-the-job training will be provided to bring you up to speed with our products, including TAB, Keno and Sky.
You will apply this training as a technical expert on all products as you partner with our valued venues. This is a casual position working between 8am - 11pm, up to 38 hours a week.
Assisting customers with queries through effective fault resolution Educating our valued partners on wagering products Effectively managing inbound calls from around the country
What you’ll bring
We are looking for a strong team player with an exceptional customer service background. Working knowledge of products is not essential however a shared passion for ensuring quality service is. Call centre experience is advantageous although not necessary. A positive attitude coupled with great enthusiasm will go a long way for the right person.
As the right person for the position you will be a team player with previous experience in a Customer Service role. Whilst experience operating TAB/ Keno equipment or experience in an inbound call centre is desirable, it is not essential. Experience in the Hotel industry would be an advantage.
